1. Wall-E
The opening half-hour or so of this movie is the best 30 minutes of any movie I have ever seen. Hands down. The musical score when the title finally appears onscreen gives me chills.

2. Pineapple Express
What an odd movie...in a good way. The fight with Saul, Red and Dale had me rolling, with cries of "Cheater!" and "Time out!"

3. Iron Man
RDJ made this movie. After seeing it again on DVD back-to-back with "The Dark Knight", this one wins.

4. The Dark Knight
I think this movie would have made at least #2 if I hadn't seen it a few more times. The overall story is ridiculous to the point of defying the logic of anyone with a brain. Individual set pieces were great, though, along with Ledger's performance.

5. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls
Wait, this was the worst movie I saw this year. Way to ruin my childhood AGAIN, Lucas. Spielberg, you need some time in the corner.
